Before founding Pefin, she managed multi-billion dollar portfolios on Wall Street – first at Morgan Stanley and later, as Vice President of Proprietary Trading at Goldman Sachs. Ramya holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and concurrently earned two master’s degrees from Columbia University- one in Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning and the other in Financial Engineering. Ramya has built Pefin to be fiduciary, transparent, and affordable for all.

Jodi Fronczke serves as Vice President of Marketing of TradeStation Group, Inc. and TradeStation Securities, Inc., where she is responsible for customer acquisition and retention efforts.
Prior to joining TradeStation she was a Managing Director of Marketing for optionsXpress, a subsidiary of the Charles Schwab Corporation, responsible for marketing and advertising efforts. Prior to that, Ms. Fronczke worked at several advertising agencies, responsible for accounts across several industries and across multiple marketing disciplines.

Gretchen began her career in financial services as a full service Financial Planner at American Express. She joined Charles Schwab via CyberTrader in 2000 as a Registered Representative. She later went on to launch the Platinum Services team in 2004. This group supported some of the firm’s most active traders (400+ trades/month). With the B/D integration of CyberTrader into Schwab in 2007, Gretchen became responsible for the Cyber Alumni team, and in December of 2008 she helped launch the Active Trader 500 service model. Gretchen joined eServices in 2014, bringing an eServices team to our Austin service center. Gretchen was responsible for the Active Trader business within eServices, owning the Live Help platform. In 2016 Gretchen transitioned to the role of Managing Director within the group.  With a passion around employee engagement and recognition and a commitment to developing talent, Gretchen has led strong, successful teams and influenced the careers of many at Schwab.
